Barbuto of Southgate Commercial leases 1,290 s/f to Tuch and Cohen; Venture of Windsor Commercial acts for landlord

Westbury, NY Southgate Commercial Real Estate completed the lease signing of 1,290 s/f at 1025 Old Country Rd. This will be the new location of the law firm of Tuch and Cohen LLP.

Joseph Barbuto, MBA, CIREC of Southgate Commercial represented Tuch and Cohen LLP. The landlord, 1025 OCR LLC, was represented by Michael Ventre of Windsor Commercial Real Estate.

Barbuto specializes in working with professionals who are looking for office space in Nassau and Suffolk.
