Baker joins Vocon as workplace leader

Wyett Baker

Manhattan, NY Wyett Baker has joined Vocon as workplace leader in its New York office where he will work with leadership to foster business and professional development initiatives across the firm.

Baker brings more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction of corporate, educational, and cultural projects nationally. Prior to joining Vocon, Baker served as an account leader and design manager specializing in large and complex projects at Gensler.

His work spans the U.S., and he has spent the last ten years working with some of the largest professional and financial service firms on corporate headquarters projects in the New York metropolitan area. 

Additionally, his work on national and global accounts for many of these same clients has allowed him the opportunity to further evolve and develop his relationships both nationally and internationally. He understands the culture of his clients which has enabled him and his project teams to produce innovative workplace environments.

Over the years, Wyett has developed a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of workplace interiors. He brings to Vocon his vast experience mentoring and managing large project teams, as well as his creative insight and technical knowledge.

Wyett received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Pratt Institute and is a member of The American Institute of Architects.
