Axiom Capital Corp. structures and arranges $6.7m loan for 29-unit project
Saratoga Springs, NY Axiom Capital Corp has structured and arranged a $6.73 million construction to permanent loan for a 29-unit apartment project.
The property is located along Station Ln., off of West Ave. and 0.25 miles to New York State Rte. 9N, near downtown.
The property will include three, three-story walk-up buildings with a total of 29 units and 44 surface parking spaces on 8.42 acres.
