Astoria's Edge 31 reaches 100% sold
According to Modern Spaces, Edge 31, Astoria's luxury condominium, is now 100% sold. The 10-unit building is located in Astoria, Queens at 23-32 31st Dr. The firm is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the building.
"The sales success of Edge 31 is a testament to the demand for luxury living in Astoria" said Eric Benaim, CEO and president of Modern Spaces.
Residences at Edge 31 range from 670 to 705 s/f and feature bamboo flooring throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows.
