Astoria's Edge 31 reaches 100% sold
According to Modern Spaces, Edge 31, Astoria's luxury condominium, is now 100% sold. The 10-unit building is located in Astoria, Queens at 23-32 31st Dr. The firm is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the building.
