Arsenal Plaza Associates completes $17.75 million sale
Arsenal Plaza Associates, LLC, an affiliate of Nigro Companies in Albany has completed the purchase of Arsenal Plaza. The center includes Price Chopper, TJ Maxx, Staples, Michael's and other local, regional and National retailers for a total of 215,650 s/f. Arsenal Plaza is located at exit 45 of I-81 and at Rte. 3. The purchase price of the property was $17.75 million.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
