Albany, NY ARCO National Construction, a design-build general contractor, has opened its newest office. The expansion strengthens ARCO’s presence in the northeast and enhances its ability to support both regional partners and national clientele operating in Albany and upstate New York.

Located at 210 Washington Ave. Ext. Suite 101, the new office positions ARCO within one of the state’s most active logistics and advanced manufacturing corridors.

ARCO has delivered a wide range of projects throughout the Northeast, including facilities for distribution, cold storage, light manufacturing, pharmaceutical, science and technology, commercial/office, self-storage, entertainment, and multifamily clients. As demand grows for the modernization and reconfiguration of existing industrial assets, ARCO’s integrated design-build approach offers clients cost-effective solutions that support evolving operational needs.

The office will be led by ARCO executives Jason Grant and George Green, who collectively bring decades of experience and expertise to the region, reinforcing ARCO’s long-term commitment to the Northeast. Additionally, James Werosta will oversee operations, and Kyle Wood will lead business development efforts.

“We’re excited to officially establish a presence in Albany and continue building strong relationships across the region,” said Jason Grant, president and operating partner for ARCO National Construction. “With rising demand for modern industrial space, our team is well-positioned to deliver the high-quality, customized solutions that developers and end-users need to stay competitive. We look forward to contributing to the region’s growth and serving as a trusted partner throughout Upstate and Western New York.”

Since its beginning in 1992, ARCO has grown from a single office in St. Louis, Missouri, to a leading design-build general contractor with 49 offices in major markets coast to coast. ARCO is the fourth largest design-build general contractor and the number one builder of distribution and warehouse space in the U.S., ranked by Engineering News-Record.
