aptsandlofts.com sales and marketing agent for 552 Lafayette

A new, 15-unit building opened on June 18. 552 Lafayette St. is on the border of Bedford Stuyvesant and Clinton Hill, specifically between Bedford and Nostrand Aves. The development is pending FHA approval. 552 Lafayette St. is a five-story structure with oversized windows and a metal panel facade designed by Karl Fisher and Associates. The developers, Offir Naim and Hung Tin Hung of KTR Construction, have built several projects in Manhattan; this is their first project working together in Brooklyn. Naim said, "We found this development site over a year ago. We thought that the unusually wide, tree-lined street and the subway being directly on our corner would make this a highly desirable location for condominiums." The elevator building consists of 11 one-bedroom apartments that average approximately 650 s/f, and 2 two-bedroom penthouses with private roof terraces that are approximately 768 s/f. David Maundrell, president of aptsandlofts.com, says that his office is marketing and selling several new buildings in this neighborhood, but points out that "552 Lafayette is a perfect example of how developers are paying serious attention to layouts, providing really high-end interior finishes and giving quality to buyers. I think when buyers visit this property they are going to be impressed with not only the quality but the value they are getting if they purchase a unit. The 3.5% down option allows us to capture the entire market. We are very excited about this marketing campaign."
