April 2024 New York State Commercial Assn. of Realtors president’s message - by Robert Strell

We are looking forward to the upcoming annual conference being held June 24-26, 2024 at Rivers Casino in Schenectady! The event is sponsored by the NYS Commercial Association of Realtors, the Upstate NY CCIM Chapter and the Society of Exchange Counselors. Mercedes Brien (Rochester) is the conference chair and reported that this year’s event will feature a 1.5 day marketing investment session (June 25-26), moderated by Wes Dingler and Nick DeMarte. Bring your properties and/or client’s needs for a fast-paced session!

Instructor Joseph Larkin, CCIM, SIOR (Denver) will teach two half day classes on June 24 and June 26 and a welcome reception will be held for all attendees on the evening of June 25. Mark your calendar and plan to attend for great networking, education and fun!
