Appraisal Institute of L.I. presents 2 SRA designations

Joseph Brown of JB Appraisals of Lake Ronkonkoma and Neal Peysner of Standard Valuation Services of Mineola were recently presented with their SRA certificates by Andrew Albro, MAI, president of The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Brown and Peysner now proudly join the rank of an elite group of real property appraisers. This group of designated appraisers has successfully earned the status of the Appraisal Institute's SRA designation, through a combination of the requirements of work experience, ethics, and successful completion of a rigorous education program.
