Applus RTD relocates and upgrades Buffalo/Syracuse operations, Pyramid reps tenant - totaling 45,000 s/f

Applus RTD, headquartered in the Netherlands, the global leader in the provision of integrity technology services and non-destructive testing, is relocating and upgrading its Buffalo and Syracuse operations. The Buffalo operation will consolidate its offices in Buffalo and its operations in Depew into one 35,000 s/f freestanding facility at 80 Lawrence Bell Dr. in Amherst, owned and managed by Zaepfel Development. David Schiller SIOR of Pyramid Brokerage Company of Buffalo represented Applus RTD in the assignment. Schiller said, "The industrial market is relatively tight, but there was a good competition among several developers for this lease." Applus RTD's Syracuse operations required additional space. Schiller and his colleague Michael Kalet of Pyramid Brokerage Company in Syracuse found a 10,000 s/f freestanding solution at 1 Dwight Park, Syracuse.
