Contact Name : Anthony Quaranta Company Name : Q Group LTD Email : [email protected] Phone : 6312347670 Fax : Address, City, State : 456 Wheeler Rd, Hauppauge, NY What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2012? : In 2012 our organization has had the opportunity to work with companies ranging from small single proprietors to international organizations with over 4,000 employees. Earlier in the year I remember a lot hesitancy in our clients willingness to market. Fortunately, we were able to help them continue their commitment to grow their business. The fact that nearly every one of our core clients hit their goals and some surprisingly exceeded them is something I consider one of my proudest achievements. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : Having the opportunity to work with a 5-star company such as Fidelity National Title Group and helping them develop their sales force further to now be in the position to provide additional advisory services to their clients. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : My predictions in 2013 is that the market is going to continuously regain its lost value. I think for the near future we will be looking at slow, gradual, consistent growth. I don't foresee the market up and down spikes returning as we experienced in the past. What are your resolutions for 2013? : Being that I am a recent victim of Hurricane Sandy, I think about this life-altering experience. Tremendous loses of personal property, residence, motor vehicles, all have caused me to take a deep look into my own value system. For me and my wife, we realize that we can live with 10% of what we own. And if you read my current article you'll know that I've committed to looking at my client relationships the same way. We will continue to focus on the most important deliverables: RESULTS!
