David Angelo,
The Rochlin Org.

Melville, NY According to the Rochlin Org., David Angelo has joined the firm to help coordinate the company’s Long Island industrial leasing and sales efforts.  Angelo joins the firm after selling his multi-generational, electronic manufacturing business, Multiline Technology.

Multiline Technology began as a small local manufacturing company and grew into a multinational firm that owned and occupied 60,000 s/f  in three-separate facilities across Long Island.  His first-hand experience as a real estate owner, occupant, and now landlord gives him a unique perspective when representing clients.

“With a historically low vacancy rate (4.7%) for industrial properties across Long Island, David’s unique experience in owning, managing, and rolling-up a family business equates to an unparalleled advisory service that our firm offers clients” said Adam Rochlin, president of the firm.

Angelo is a long-time resident of Huntington where he lives with his wife Michelle and raised his four adult children.
