Anbau breaks ground on 207W79, a 13-story Upper West Side condo; Architecture and interiors designed by Morris Adjmi Architects

Manhattan, NY Anbau, a leading developer of luxury residential properties in New York City, has broken ground on 207W79, a 13-story condominium located on the Upper West Side.

The full-service property, situated between Amsterdam and Broadway at 207 West 79th St., will feature 19 residences extending the Upper West Side’s prewar aesthetic into the present through a contemporary design.
