Manhattan, NY AmTrust RE has finalized a lease with Rose & Rose for 14,067 s/f of space at 250 Bdwy., the firm’s office tower in Lower Manhattan. AmTrust’s Anne Holker and a CBRE team of Brad Gerla, Michael Rizzo, and Alex Benisatto represented the landlord in the transaction, while Jacob Wolkenfeld of Norman Bobrow & Company Inc. represented the tenant.
“The office leasing market, both in Manhattan and nationwide, has shown steady growth despite recent economic challenges,” said Jonathan Bennett, AmTrust RE’s president. “With major tech companies and other employers reinforcing ‘return to office’ mandates, and law firms driving demand for class-A, amenitized spaces, we anticipate continued recovery into 2025. Rose & Rose’s decision to lease at 250 Broadway underscores both the resilience of the market and the success of our efforts to elevate this premier property.”
Rose & Rose is a full-service New York City law firm representing some of commercial real estate’s most influential players. The firm’s portfolio spans the full spectrum of the real estate market, from owners and developers to buildings under the U.S. Housing and Urban Development public housing and affordable housing programs, as well as condominiums and privately owned co-ops.

“After 33 years, Rose & Rose is extremely excited about relocating to 250 Broadway as our new space will allow our firm to expand and better serve our clients. The entire firm is impressed with the building, the space and the welcome that we have received from AmTrust RE ownership and management,” said Todd Rose, Founding Partner of Rose & Rose.
