Amigon and Taubes of Marcus & Millichap complete $1.9 million sale
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of 5502 and 5504 3rd Ave., a combined 10,100 s/f mixed-use and warehouse property located in Sunset Park, according to J.D Parker, regional manager of the firm's area office. The assets commanded a sales price of $1.9 million.
Dolly Amigon and Jon Taubes, investment specialists at Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor and secured and represented the buyer, also a private investor.
"Our unique database of similar building and business owners in the Sunset Park area, coupled with our market knowledge, helped us to price the property to sell and find qualified investors to purchase it," said Amigon.
