American Investment Properties welcomes Heretakis as salesperson

Garden City, NY According to American Investment Properties Inc. (AIP), John Heretakis has joined the company as a salesperson.

Heretakis previously was an associate at Sovereign Realty Group. At AIP Heretakis will work with developers and investors on investment opportunities with a focus on value-added projects. 

“John Heretakis is an expert in brokering commercial net leases, retail and office properties and has consistently exceeded the investment goals of his clients,” said AIP President Ron Koenigsberg. “He exemplifies what we are looking for in new staff as we grow our firm.”

Heretakis’ recent sales include a new development Auto Zone and a BP gas station for a Long Island operator. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
