Alcott HR appoints Stacha as regional director of sales

Alcott HR, one of the nation's leading Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) providing a total Human Resources (HR) solution, has appointed Elaine Stacha as regional director of sales. Stacha brings to the role a proven track record in business development on behalf of other leading PEOs. In this newly created position, Stacha will be building out and managing an expanded sales team and driving new client relationships within the Northeast region.
Directly prior to joining Alcott HR, Stacha served as the district manager of strategic business development, New York-Tri State Area for Insperity. While with Insperity, she proved to be an outstanding sales leader whose efforts resulted in her district's ranking among the company's top ten out of 57 offices for four out of six years.
Additionally, she was the President/Owner of the commercial/residential interior design firm, Imaginative Interiors (Houston, TX).
Stacha received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Stephen F. Austin State University. She holds a Certified Business Performance Advisor (CBPA) Certification from the University of Houston, Bauer School of Business and the Disney Approach to Leadership Training Certification from the Disney Institute. Among her current professional affiliations is the Association for Corporate Growth. She previously served as Chair for the Small Business CEO Round-Table and was a former Board Member of the National Kidney Foundation.
A civic and philanthropic minded American, Stacha is an active supporter of the Make a Wish Foundation, Climate Realty Project, Wounded Warrior Project, Earthwatch Institute, National Association of Professional Women and the National Kidney Foundation.
Stacha resides in New York, NY.
