Alchemy Properties hosts broker party to launch sales for Griffin Court Condo.

On March 9, more than 300 brokers came out to the broker party to officially launch sales for Griffin Court Condominium, Alchemy Properties' newest luxury condominium offering. When completed in late summer, Griffin Court Condominium will contain 95 residences, including a wide selection of one-bedroom and one-bedroom-plus-den residences. Additionally, studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes are available for choosing. Residences range in size from 636 s/f to 1,829 s/f.
