* A 10-year, 3,185 s/f renewal at 10 W. 33rd St. for fashion company M. Fine Inc. Levy represented the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $40 per s/f.
* A five-year, 2,635 s/f renewal at 10 W. 33rd St. for Tres Joli Accessories Ltd. Levy represented the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $40 per s/f.
* A five-year, 2,312 s/f lease at 16 W. 36th St. for fashion firm LP Studio Inc. Michael Greenberg of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord. Asking rents were $40 per s/f.
