James Buslik and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord. * A seven-year, 2,730 s/f lease at 53 W. 36th St. for Unisar, Inc. Buslik represented the tenant and Hidrock Realty represented the landlord. * A three-year, 1,991 s/f renewal at 411 Fifth Ave. for Arlington Hat Company. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord. * A five-year, 718 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for D. A. on Seventh Ave. Levy and Michael Greenberg of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord. * A five-year, 497 s/f at 110 W. 40th St. for Valcur International Inc.
