ACC Real Estate Services forms full service property management firm
John Proscia, ACC Real Estate ServicesGarden City, NY ACC Real Estate Services, Inc. has formed a full service property management firm. ACC, a full service real estate company, brings together experts in the respective fields with years of experience. John Proscia, CEO, brings 30 years of expertise in third party commercial management. Michael Ambrosino, president, has owned his own construction company for over 14 years. James Fitzsimons, executive VP, has been a commercial real estate broker and owner for 40 years. Their most recent addition is Angela Rella, controller and property manager formally with Cushman & Wakefield.
“After working in the real estate sector for over 30 years, this new endeavor will be providing all the services of a large management firm with the personal attention of a local company,” said John Proscia, CEO.
