Abramson and Olden of Buchbinder & Warren lease 3,750 s/f to Joseph

William Abramson and Matthew Olden of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC have represented the landlord in a 3,750 s/f lease to Joseph at 1061 Madison Ave. The leased space includes: 1,750 s/f retail, 1,200 s/f mezzanine and a 800 s/f basement. The tenant was represented by Christopher Owles of Sinvin Real Estate and Robin Zendell (no affiliation.) The Joseph empire, based in London, England, started in 1972 by Joseph Ettedgui as a place where a vibrant and eclectic crowd of the fashion industry's most interesting icons gathered to share ideas and inspiration. Under the creative direction of Louise Trotter, Joseph continues to produce collections of signature staples with a directional approach. Long a staple of Madison Ave., Joseph is now moving Uptown from 68th St. and Madison, where they were located for over 10 years, and has found its new home at 1061.
