Abramson and Olden of Buchbinder & Warren lease 3,000 s/f to Sezane

Manhattan, NY Sezane, a French online fashion company with no intermediaries, is opening its first U.S. experiential retail store in Nolita at 254 Elizabeth St. Sezane separates themselves from other retailers by providing, “A different kind of fashion 100% online, no intermediaries, straight from the most beautiful workshops to the customer.” Sezane has three locations in Paris. 

William Abramson and Matthew Olden of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Meal Mitterrand of Mitterrand Properties. Wolverine previously leased the space. Sezane will occupy a 3,000 s/f, 2,000 s/f retail and 1,000 s/f basement.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
