Abigail Michaels Concierge to provide services at The Atelier

Abigail Michaels Concierge Company was selected by the board of the Atelier condominium to provide hotel caliber concierge service at The Atelier, the Moinian Group's premiere 478-unit luxury condominium on West 42nd St. "Residents of the Atelier want service at their fingertips and Abigail Michaels Concierge Company can give it to them," said Sabrina Mehmedovic, manager of the Atelier. "That is what our building is all about." In addition to providing concierge services, Abigail Michaels Concierge will partner with the Atelier's  management company, Cooper Square Realty, to book the Atelier's 10,000 s/f Sky Lounge on the building's roof-top for parties and events. "We expect to use our golden rolodex and bring many of our clients who want a fabulous venue for an event or party to the Atelier's Sky Top Lounge," said Michael Fazio, the co-founder of Abigail Michaels Concierge, New York City's largest residential concierge company servicing over 40 of Manhattan's high-end condominiums. "We are very excited to be associated with such a hip building with so many young new residents," said Abigail Michael Concierge co-founder Abbie Newman. "We expect to get some interesting requests from residents who want to attend the best parties, nightclubs, restaurants, concerts and special events." The 46-story, Atelier, located at 635 West 42nd St., opened in 2007 and it is almost totally sold out.
