Abigail Michaels Concierge to provide services at 52-story condo.

Abigail Michaels Concierge was selected by Olympic Tower Condominium to provide five star concierge services at the 52-story luxury condominium at 641 Fifth Ave. between 51st and 52nd St. "Residents of the Olympic Tower want world class service at their fingertips and Abigail Michaels Concierge can help us provide that level of service," said Gene Bellon, general manager of Olympic Tower. "We're all about exceeding expectations." Abigail Michaels Concierge (AMC), according to Bellon, will "help raise the bar" and provide back office support and regular training to the building's own concierge staff. "Whatever our residents need, locally, domestically or internationally, our goal is to make sure it is properly researched so the request can be appropriately fulfilled." "Offering premiere concierge services is a great way to upgrade and compete with many of the new condominiums in New York City," said Michael Fazio, co-founder of Abigail Michaels Concierge. "We are very excited to be associated with such a  world renowned building with such a rich history, that was the first to set the standard in luxury for all to follow," saidAbbie Newman, Abigail Michaels co-founder.  "We will use our golden rolodex to serve residents." "We know that Abigail Michaels, which has set the standard for luxury residential concierge, in New York City and beyond, can help us do this with their network of contacts and expertise," Bellon said. Olympic Tower - which  contains 226 condominium apartments and more than 400,000 s/f of class A office space and retail space - is one of the city's first mixed-use residential/commercial condominiums in midtown Manhattan. Built by Aristotle Onassis, over the past thirty years, the building has been home to internationally known captains of industry, celebrities, diplomats and other dignitaries. Designed by the architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, Olympic Tower recently completed a multi-million refurbishment of the building's residential lobby and corridors. Headquartered in New York City, Abigail Michaels Concierge is the city's leading residential and commercial concierge company, providing five-star "hotel caliber" concierge services that range from the basic hard to-get-dinner reservations or best personal trainer, to the highly imaginative and unique lifestyle management services - to over 90 high end residential buildings. In 2008, the company expanded concierge services into premiere commercial office buildings and new markets in Philadelphia, Miami, Chicago, L.A. and Atlanta. "In today's economy, with people working harder and living stressful lives, personalized lifestyle management services are the expectation of the new buyer, especially in NYC which is leading the trend," said Fazio and Newman, two former hotel concierges, who founded their company in 2002. "Everyone wants to live and work in buildings that resemble hotels."
