In a groundbreaking move to provide the ultimate work environment for its tenants, Hartz Mountain Industries has retained the services of Abigail Michaels Concierge at its signature boutique office building, 667 Madison Ave., located at 61st and Madison.
Michael Fazio, co-founder of Abigail Michaels Concierge, predicts Abigail Michaels will be busy at 667 Madison Ave., "a building that is already the envy of the entire city."
Corporate tenants in the building will be able to contact Abigail Michaels Concierge staff directly with their requests online or by telephone. At 667 Madison, the building's front desk staff will also be trained by Abigail Michaels' staff to fulfill tenant requests utilizing the concierge company's "golden rolodex" of premiere vendors.
"We will increase the value of the front desk people who know best what their clients need, but we will give them the knowledge and the access to help serve them even better,'' said Abbie Newman, principal and co-founder of Abigail Michaels Concierge Company.
Leonard Stern, the chairman and chief executive of Hartz Mountain Industries, that owns 667 Madison, said, "We are pleased to offer this kind of complimentary upscale lifestyle amenities to our valued tenants to further expand our company's commitment to service." "Selecting Abigail Michaels demonstrates our shared vision for maintaining a high-quality lifestyle even at the workplace."
"We are delighted to provide "hotel-caliber" concierge service at 667 Madison Avenue - one of Manhattan's most exclusive commercial buildings - that already has the look and feel of a luxury Upper East Side residential building or hotel," added Newman.  "Today people not only want to live in buildings that resemble hotels, they want to work in buildings that resemble hotels."
Examples of business services available to commercial tenants at 667 Madison Ave. include: corporate travel arrangement, party and event planning assistance, catering, office organization, corporate gifts, private air charter, passport and visa assistance, bookkeeping and bill paying, messenger and errand services, housekeeping, cleaning, decorating services, and more.
