Abigail Michaels Concierge Co. selected by Fifth on the Park

Abigail Michaels Concierge was selected to provide hotel caliber concierge service at Harlem's largest luxury condominium, Fifth on the Park, the 28-story FX-Fowle designed shimmering glass tower on Fifth Ave. and 120th St. "Residents of Fifth on the Park want service at their fingertips and Abigail Michaels Concierge can give it to them," said Carole Griffin, of Griffin Real Estate, the condominium's exclusive sales agent. "That is what our building is all about." Over half of the building's collection of 160 studio-through-four-bedroom residences are sold. Abigail Michaels Concierge, one of the city's largest residential concierge companies, provides five-star hotel caliber concierge service to over 90 high-end residential developments and corporations in New York City and the tri-state area. The hiring of AMC to Harlem marks a return to the neighborhood where Abigail Michaels Concierge served another high luxury condominium, 111 Central Park North, when it first opened three years ago. "We are thrilled to be back in Harlem so we can be supporters of the many incredible restaurants and other businesses in the community," said Abbie Newman, co-founder of Abigail Michaels Concierge. "It's very exciting to be associated with Harlem's largest premiere luxury building and the vibrant and diverse neighborhood that offers so much great food, culture, shops and entertainment at their doorstep." Located on upper Fifth Ave. at 1485 Fifth Ave. on the corner of 120th St. directly across from the historic Mount Morris Park, Fifth on the Park recently announced new lower prices, broker incentives and three new model apartments furnished by two New York designers, Irit Price of Irit Interior Design and Louis Garcia of Garcia/Maldonado Design.
