23-10 30th Drive LLC launch sales at The ELY in Astoria

Queens, NY The ELY, a new luxury boutique condominium building, just launched sales.

 Developed by? 23-10 30th Drive LLC, The ELY, located at 23-10 30th Drive Ave. in the Astoria neighborhood, will offer 14 one-bedroom units ranging from 480 to 620 s/f.

The ELY is less than a 10-minute walk to the 30th Ave. subway station and the Astoria Ferry Terminal, providing easy access to Manhattan
