What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?
An accomplishment I am proud of is my ability to bridge design and construction across multiple sectors, both nationally and internationally. With a background in architecture, I collaborate with high-end residential firms in Paris, specialized veterinary architects in Colorado, and commercial design teams across the NYC metro area. As a Project Coordinator, my architectural experience allows me to provide “eyes on the ground” in the field; catching issues early and translating design intent into buildable solutions, saving time, reducing risk, and strengthening trust with clients.
What emerging challenge or opportunity do you see shaping the construction industry in the next few years, and how are you preparing for it?
One of the biggest challenges shaping the construction industry is rising material and labor costs combined with increasing regulatory uncertainty, particularly in a major urban market like NYC. I am preparing for this by working closely with architects early in the design process to identify cost‑effective, buildable solutions before projects reach the field. My role bridging design and construction allows teams to adapt quickly, manage risk, and maintain quality as economic and policy conditions continue to shift.
