Take the opportunity to learn something new every day — about yourself, your clients, and the industry. Stay curious and proactive in expanding your knowledge. Work hard when needed but set clear boundaries — disconnect to avoid burnout and sustain focus.

The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. In deal-making, there is no perfect outcome, but compromise is key.
