The ACP team facilitated the largest single-asset multifamily sale in the state of New York in 2025, the $120MM+ disposition of Northway Eleven Communities in Saratoga County. The 952-unit, 130-acre asset marked a major milestone for our team and reinforced ACP’s position as one of the most active and trusted capital markets advisors in the state.

What emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or market sector in 2026? 

We expect persistent demand for workforce housing and growing attention from national and global investors seeking stable, high-performing markets. New York’s rise in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing, combined with affordability and solid rent fundamentals, will continue to attract capital flows. Repositioning, sustainability improvements, and long-horizon value strategies will define the top opportunities in 2026.
