What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?

Success in this field requires strong organization, persistence, and responsiveness. Organization enables me to manage complex loan files and refinance deals with precision. Persistence keeps transactions moving despite obstacles, while responsiveness builds trust and drives results. Being accessible by phone, email, or text allows me to provide exceptional client service, fostering lasting relationships and setting me apart in a competitive market.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

Be confident, stay resilient, and don’t hesitate to start at the ground level. I began as a processor and underwriter before becoming a broker, gaining valuable insight at every stage. The career path isn’t always linear, but hard work and a willingness to learn open doors. Speak up, stay focused, and remember women play a vital role at every level, contributing to the industry’s growth and leadership.
