What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?

MTG Creative Group is proud to have been the marketing agency that supported BGO and Cushman & Wakefield in developing the leasing and marketing campaign and customized tenant presentation deck for Newport Tower. Earlier this year, Bank of America signed a record-breaking 15-year lease for 550,000 s/f at the class A office tower in Jersey City. This was the largest deal signed in New Jersey in the last 10 years.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2025? 

Heading into 2025 we are cautiously optimistic. Now that the election is over and there is a general expectation that interest rates will come down in the new year, we see clients planning robust marketing strategies and media placements ready to launch in Q1 2025. We expect the flight to quality office trend to continue, and the demand to outpace supply, which will be good news for owners of class A office space in New York City.
