What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?

While we continue to explore opportunities in New York and manage our Hempstead rental property, our development site in the city of Baltimore has seen tremendous strides. We signed a deal with NVR/Ryan Homes, the country’s 4th largest home builder, to construct 244 townhome and condo units at our site. This is a new phase of our Center West development where we have already constructed two multi-family rental buildings consisting of 262 units.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2025?

We believe the housing market will continue to drive growth as the country is woefully under-supplied. There is significant pent-up demand for new housing both in rentals and home ownership. We are aggressively seeking new multi-family investment opportunities throughout multiple states.
