2024 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Jake Cinti, OPEN Impact Real Estate

Jake Cinti
Senior Vice President
OPEN Impact Real Estate

“Jake navigated a complex transaction for a nonprofit client that ended up requiring multiple simultaneous negotiations and sequential closings in order to meet the very tight timeframe for the organization to ensure uninterrupted services and an optimal long-term home. Jake continues to amaze us day in and day out.” - Lindsay Ornstein, Co-Founder at OPEN Impact Real Estate.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life?

Holistically. Work and leisure are symbiotic, they drive each other. I am adamant about maintaining that balance. I’ve found that if all you’re thinking about is work for long periods of time, then you’ll end up getting less done, personally and professionally.

Beyond your professional achievements, what are some of your passions or hobbies? In addition to playing and producing music, collecting vinyl, and being a self-proclaimed ‘foodie,’ I am involved with several nonprofits including Mobile Studio, which provides music education, production and engineering skills to kids via a mobile recording studio. Volunteerism is a major part of our culture at OPEN.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? My wife, a fierce advocate and change-maker who keeps me humble, kind, and focused on making a positive difference. And of course, OPEN’s Co-Founders Lindsay and Stephen have had a major impact on my success. I admire how they have created a meaningful niche within the industry serving impact organizations.
