What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? This is a difficult market – and many are long on space.  While sometimes traditional subleasing is the best path, I have successfully developed creative alternative deal structures for several customers – some closed and some on the path to closure.  There is no better partnership than working hard in tough times.   

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Women thrive when encouraged to develop, expand their networks and raise their profiles with leadership -– plus role models to emulate among senior leaders.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? Mary Ann Tighe is a mentor/sponsor – and her constant curiosity and focus on sharpening her skills is remarkable especially given her achievements.  Keep growing!
