What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I joined The Raisner Group first as an intern when I was attending the real estate program of NYU Shack. I then joined the company on a full-time basis in the thick of COVID. I am proud that I lead efforts to turnaround collection on the company’s rental and residential portfolio, from low levels during the eviction moratorium to almost full collections soon thereafter. Upon this, I am proud to have developed expertise in coordinating all aspects of the functioning of a local Brooklyn real estate investment firm, over several years: overseeing all property managers we use, overseeing construction jobs and contractors, leasing, as well as assisting with investor reporting and the overall functioning of the business.
