Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:

The completion of first phase of Midtown Tampa, a 20-acre mixed-use development in Tampa with 400 apartments, two hotels, two office buildings, and 185,000 s/f of retail, a three-acre lake and public spaces built and delivered during COVID and leased to over 95% today.

Be curious, find a niche where you can stand out, and seek out and cultivate relationships with great mentors. It’s important to be very deliberate about hiring as talent begets talent.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

I enjoy serving on the Executive Committee of the Union Square Partnership, non-profit focused on enhancing the quality of life in the Union Square/lower 5th neighborhood of New York City.
