What is your management style?

As a manger, it is my priority to always be present with my team and to ensure that all of my team members succeed in their professional goals. I am naturally an extremely enthusiastic upbeat person and bring contagious positivity to the office each day.

Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:

The pandemic significantly impacted our team and presented a myriad of challenges. Since there was no transaction activity at the beginning, we created a plan that successfully kept our brokers busy. I worked tirelessly across all aspects of the company to ensure that our business continued to succeed.

What aspect of your position do you find most challenging?

It is my priority to be a valuable mentor to each of our employees. It is a constant balance of being focused on our business, but also ensuring that our employees are getting what they need.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

I have been on the Board of Directors for the Afro Latin Jazz Alliance for the past 16 years and watched the organization continue to grow. ALJA’s programs span the five NYC boroughs, also serving children in underserved schools throughout the city enhancing the lives of over 17,000 students.
