What was the biggest lesson you learned while working during the pandemic?
There are just some things in life you cannot predict or plan for.

How has your working environment changed over the last year?
We are doing less in-person showings and using virtual tours which has made our time more efficient, we expect this will carry forward, regardless of ongoing pandemic issues.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2021?
Maintaining a safe environment for my staff and clients and respective families through protocols with a good amount of luck.

What is the best advice you received in 2021, and who was it from?
Get vaccinated.

What are your predictions for your industry in 2022?
Issues with retail which were already stressed in the brick and mortar sectors will continue to unwind with more store closures and several stronger chains continuing to up their footprint. Office will continue to have pains especially in the larger multi-tenant buildings.
