How do you keep your team motivated despite conflicts and obstacles?
It’s all about communication, trust and most importantly care. To keep my team motivated we have one-on-one check-ins and during team meet ups we tend to focus on both the work at hand and professional development. The last year has been very difficult in so many ways so it’s important those in leadership take due care of our team. When conflicts arise, we talk it out, we do a mini 360 to isolate a problem and seek answers towards resolution.

Tell us a thing or two about you that is NOT on your resume or LinkedIn profile?
I am social media ambassador and volunteer for Project Sunshine. Project Sunshine brings volunteer-led programming to pediatric patients and their families in a variety of medical settings. Their mission is simple: Bringing joy and play to pediatric patients.
