Why should women consider a career in commercial real estate and related services?
While it is still a male-dominated industry, there are so many opportunities for women in every aspect of commercial real estate–from brokerage, to development and construction, to real estate law. With jobs traditionally being filled by men, women bring a fresh new perspective to the trade, thinking differently and often outside of the box, which enhances the client experience and often their bottom lines.  Many firms throughout the industry seek out the diversity of thought and action that women bring to the job, so there are many options available for a challenging and fulfilling career.
