In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am most proud of being a part of the development and growth of Prime X Settlement Services. I am ambitious in my career goals and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

How do you contribute to your community or your profession?
I am a sister’s keeper! I believe that it’s very important to keep your grass green and take good care of your community. This is where we live and where we raise our children and generations to come.

How do you keep your team motivated despite conflicts and obstacles?
Communication is key! We are a small team; with many responsibilities, motivation and positive feedback goes a long way. We do not let conflicts or obstacles get in the way of progress.

How do you advocate for your fellow women in real estate?
I think its very important for women to support each other and hold others and ourselves at higher standards. It is important for us to raise and educate the next generation.

Tell us a thing or two about you that is NOT on your resume or LinkedIn profile?
My husband Nicholas and I have 4 children and 4 dogs, a tortoise and an axolotl all waiting at home and I wouldn’t change a thing!

What books or social media influencers would you recommend to other women?
Informational articles, daily revelations, or short stories. My favorite novelist, the poetry collections of Charles Bukowski’s or Rupi Kaur’s “Milk and Honey” and “The Sun and Her Flowers.” I am not a big fan of social media, tangible influencers, only!

Why should women consider a career in commercial real estate and related services?
Real estate is durable and will always be in demand!
