2018 Ones to Watch: Michael Saidian, Associate Broker at Capital Property Partners

Name: Michael Saidian

Title: Associate Broker

Company: Capital Property Partners

Address: 433 5th Ave, 5 Floor, New York, NY

Year that you entered your current field? 2012

How did you get your start in your current field?

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be involved in the real estate industry. Growing up right outside of New York City, I would visit the city often and was fascinated by the classic architecture, the massive skycrapers, and the constant construction.

Who or what do you attribute to your success?

My late father. He taught me that hard work and patience always pays off.

What are your professional goals for 2018?

Expanding my clientele locally and abroad.

How do you manage the work/life balance?

It is hard for me to find a balance because I am very passionate about my job and I am very dedicated to my clients. Most people would agree that being a broker in NYC is not a 9 to 5 job. My clients count on me to be there for them to answer the phone or their messages at any hour.
