 What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

My calendar. As soon as a task is assigned to a person or company, I make sure it is coupled with a time frame. This helps everyone achieve the common goal. Immediately this timeline goes in my calendar with reminders set for periodic updates. Additionally, I have a sticky note system next to my desk where all the important tasks are written then arranged in order of importance.
