Negotiating the relocation of Nike’s East Coast offices and showrooms from 111 Eighth Ave. to 150,000 s/f in the base of Durst’s new development at 855 Sixth Ave. 

What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

When I was growing up my mom always said “Once begun, half done.” I find that is as relevant now in tackling a tough project at work as it was for cleaning up my room. So much so that I have it on a sticky note hanging above my desk in the office.
