What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? JinList.com expanded to include Commercial as well as Investment sections to cater to the growing needs of high net worth buyers.  2nd was being approved as a LIBOR preferred vendor. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? With the uncertainty and volatility in the Chinese economy, investment in U.S. properties is increasing as it’s the #1 destination for affluent Chinese buyers. Commercial investment also significantly increased in 2015 and 2016 seems to continue this record setting trend. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? I am increasing my use of social media to get the JinList.com message out to the masses of agents across the country.  I am also connecting with Board of Realtors to help educate them and their members as to the power of the Chinese buyer. What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? Foreign investment in the U.S. will continue to grow significantly and in turn will increase demand and prices across the country.  This will be in both Commercial and Residential real estate.
