09-09-2015 - CIBS to hold Annual Fall State of Real Estate panel discussion

A panel of commercial real estate experts will discuss the state of Long Island's various property markets on September 9, from 8-9:45 a.m. at the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society's (CIBS') Annual Fall State of Real Estate panel discussion. The event, free to CIBS broker and associate members, will be held in the lower level auditorium at 58 South Service Rd. CIBS counsel Peter Curry, of Farrell Fritz, will moderate the panel discussion. Panelists include, office landlord Ted Weiss of T. Weiss Realty Corp.; office broker Ted Stratigos, principal and managing director of the Long Island office of Avison Young; industrial landlord Eric Dorf, principal of Dorf Associates; industrial broker Dan Gazzola of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; retail landlord Michael Marmon of Marmon Realty Group LLC; and retail broker David Gelfond, senior vice president of First Development Corp.
