06-14-2014 - "Buffalo Multifamily Investment Property Boot Camp"

The "Buffalo Multifamily Investment Property Boot Camp,"will be held June 14 at the Millennium Hotel, located at 2040 Walden Ave., adjacent to the Galleria Mall. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the boot camp will run until 4:30 p.m. This "Multifamily investment property event of the year," will consist of 12 multifamily educational sessions and admission is free to the first 200 registered attendees and will also include a free lunch. The keynote speaker's will be Russell Gullo, CCIM, CMIA, CEA, president of the R. J. Gullo Companies of multifamily investment property services and Robert Friedman, Esq. of Friedman & Ranzenhofer Attorneys At Law. Attendees must be pre-registered, no walk-ins will be allowed.
