The Urban Green Council will hold a presentation titled, "Local Law 88: Lighting Upgrades & Sub-Metering" on May 12th from 2 to 2:45 p.m. Attend this free one-hour training presentation to learn more about Local Law 88 and how to comply. They will explain how upgrading lighting systems and installing sub-meters can help building owners and operators save money and incentivize tenants to save energy. Guest speakers will include: Lauren Brust, LEED AP O+M, director, commercial building energy services, Steven Winter Associates, Inc.; and Gene Hennessy, VP of commercial operations, Rudin Management.
